Easynews^® Refund Policy

At Easynews^®, we believe you shouldn't have to pay for something that you don't like. Because of this, we offer a Refund Policy on all new accounts.

Easynews^® will refund the full purchase price of any account that meets the following criteria:

The account is one week old or less.
The account has not downloaded more then one gigabyte.
The account was created with a credit card.
The account is owned by a first time user of Easynews^®.
The account holder has not used any other Easynews^® free trial offers.
The account is in good standing with our AUP.

To receive a refund, you must email your request to support@easynews.com along with your Easynews^® username.
